Through this class you will develop the technical skills and confidence to box for fitness without getting injured. This class includes dynamic body weight exercises mixed with boxing fitness to achieve success. This is a great class to de-stress, tone upper body, strengthen core and increase fitness. Manu is a Qualified Counterpunch Boxing Instructor so you can be confident you're getting the best training possible.

Numbers strictly limited to 10 to ensure you get a more personal experience but in a group situation.

Every Wednesday 5.30pm and Saturday 8am.
