Personal Training in a small group environment. These sessions are quite different to any other exercise class in Whangarei. Everyone knows your name, trainers know your injuries and goals and the sessions are within a group- but tailored for YOU.
Over time we have developed a timetable that has something for everyone- meaning you can join a group with a personal experience, OR you can make your own group.
Each session has a different focus depending on what your goals are. We cover the basics with the Mens only and Ladies only sessions, but also have specific classes for Strength, Pre-Menopause and Menopause, the fittest of the fit, ageing clients, mobility and High intensity fitness sessions.
