Matts Hyrox Relection: What I Learned, What I Know, What I Saw
The dust has settled, the lights are dimmer, and the music is back to normal levels. Hyrox is hype. Maybe even a fad. On social media, it can look like it’s all about half-naked, ripped bodies prancing around, thinking they’re God’s gift to the world. But after competing in my second event, I’m hooked.
