Ingredients:
1.5 cups almond or coconut milk
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp olive oil or Flax oil (or hemp oil)
1 small pinch of sea salt
2 scoops Protein Powder (I use 180 Superfood protein)
A couple handfuls of greens or 1 scoop of greens powder
1 Tbsp peanut or almond butter
1/4 of an avocado (optional)
Sprinkle with sunflower or chia seeds
Blend all ingrediants in a blender- enjoy.
