Strength Sessions

All welcome- full body strength sessions focusing on learning correct technique, increasing muscle mass and tone plus having fun at the same time.

The perfect mixed (ladies and men) class to lift weights in a safe, non-judgemental environment.  

*Teen Girls Weights Sessions now available:

  • Learn correct way to lift weights so they can ideally go to the gym and know what to do.
  • Tailored to their goals and strength levels
  • Full body toning and body confidence
  • 'Safe place' to train- with no expectations and pressure.
  • Only 8 per group to ensure I can give each girl a PT like session in a group environment.
  • Day: Tuesdays 4pm, Thursdays 4.15pm
  • Investment: $24/ session.
