300g frozen strawberries

1/2 banana

120g frozen blueberries

2 tsp psyllium husks

2 T chia seeds

220g Greek Yoghurt

2 T almond or peanut butter

4 T Vanilla Nothing Naughty protein powder

400g water

150g ice

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend.
