- Cashew meal (1/2 cup cashews- blended)…can mix with almond meal
- 1/2c Sunflower Seeds
- 8 Dates
- 1/2c Raisins
- 1t Vanilla essence
- 3/4c Coconut
- 1/4c Coconut Oil
- 1/4c Coconut or vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1T Chia seeds (optional)
- Dash of maple syrup
Blend all ingredients together until well combined- if need add some water to make more sticky, or protein powder to dry up.
Roll into balls and then roll in chopped nuts, or coconut
