Chocolate Rough bliss ball

2 cups cashews, finely chopped

1 cup desiccated coconut

1/2c coconut oil, melted

1/4c cocoa

12 dates or 2T Maple syrup

Blend all together and roll in to balls, roll in coconut

This is a high protein/fat snack which is great to satisfy sweet cravings and hunger. It is high in omegas and natural fats which is great for nutrient intake- but also very high in calories, so limit to only 2 per snack…enjoy
