Green Goodness Smoothie


3/4c Coconut water

4 Spinach leaves

1 lemon

Handful of mint

1/4c Frozen mango

1/2 Orange

1 Celery stalk

Blend all together until smooth and juicy. If like a thicker shake, can add banana or chia seeds.

This is a great breakfast…eaten with a boiled egg to increase protein. Or as a snack with a raw ball.
