Feijoa and Chocolate Protein Shake


4 Feijoas

1/2c coconut water

1/2c milk

2 T chocolate protein powder (I use 180 as it also contains seeds and nuts to increase nutrient content)

1 t vanilla essence

2 T natural peanut butter

Can add 1/2 banana to make it more filling.

Whizz all ingredients together- enjoy!

This high protein shake is great for breakfast or a post-workout snack. The protein powder, milk and peanut butter are all high in protein which is great for muscle recovery and repair. As well as being high in nutrients and energy.
