Group Training is a fun and effective way to exercise if you are looking for a more cost-effective and social environment to gain results. All sessions cater for your individual goals, injuries and fitness levels but you have the added benefit of exercising with your friends, family, workmates or a completely new group of people.
Group training is a great way to stay motivated with others and commit to a new exercise routine while keeping each other accountable. Exercising with a friend, work mate or partner has been proven to increase results and commitment to your goals. All sessions are focussed around fun, enjoyment and gaining results.
Activ8 has many options within Group Training to fit in with your budget, time and goals. The group training can be a double session (two people with one trainer) or a group of up to ten people with one trainer. The only Gravity Machine in Whangarei! Our in-house Gravity trainer Curtis, is qualified in delivering you a premier service and training program that will give you weight loss (in fat!) toning muscle and increasing fitness with every session.
30 minute Weight Loss: The Gravity machine encompasses strength, endurance, fat loss and fitness workouts with interval training to guarantee you gain results. Two to three sessions a week for only 30 minutes is all you need to gain results and weight loss with the Gravity machine.
Pilates and Mindful Movement sessions: The Gravity machine is perfect for clients with goals of rehabilitation, core strength, movement and flexibility, injury prevention and age-related or back injuries.
HIIT workouts and Fitness: Together with Curtis (Gravity trainer) and High Intensity Interval programmes these sessions will increase your fitness and core strength dramatically (and weight loss if that’s what your goals are).
