“I first started going to Activ8 just one day a week with some friends as a way of having a bit of fun and getting some exercise. I enjoyed it so much I picked up a few more sessions and now train three times a week. Not only have I increased my strength and toned up my core, training at Activ8 has also helped me with my fitness levels on the squash court and I now increased energy levels.
I first started with Matt Harrison in 2013, but over the past year, the majority of my training has been with Dilan Palmer. I have found him fun, friendly and very knowledgeable– always quick to correct me on my technique or provide me with advice with any questions I might have. Dilan pushes me to my limit knowing what I’m capable of while working around any injuries or issues I have.
