This is the perfect programme to do if you can’t get to your normal Bootcamp, training or Gym workout. It is a general programme- so if you have any injuries or individual requirements- please get in touch for a more personalised programme.

You will need:

20% Motivation
Edge of a chair, bed- for triceps dips
A drinkbottle
Mat or towel

REPEAT 3X:
20 SQUATS
20 BACKWARD LUNGES
20 SQUAT PULSES

REPEAT 2X:
20 PRESS UPS
20 RENEGADE ROW
20 TRICEPS DIPS

REPEAT 1X:
20 BURPEES
20 SQUAT JUMPS
20 BASIC SIT UPS OR COMBINATION CRUNCHES
