Cashew and Coconut Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

3/4 c cashews

1/4 c almonds

1/4 c coconut

1/4 c coconut oil (melted)

1 t vanilla essence

1 T warm water (optional)

1 T  natural maple syrup

Grind of Himalayan rock salt

Method:

  1. Blend almonds and cashews until well combined
  2.  Add remaining ingredients and blend well
  3. If need add more water until right consistency
  4. Roll into balls and roll in coconut

These are perfect for a sweet mid-afternoon snack or post exercise. The combination of coconut with the nutrient dense nuts provide fiber, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. They contain calcium, potassium, and magnesium, as well very high in protein and good fats.
